THE STATE OF GLOBAL ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE CRITICAL REVIEWS ON PRINCIPAL SUBJECTS

by Jorge Marchini, María Sol Rivas, Andrea Urturi, Guillermo Wierzba

leading again to a critical scenario.

the instability of the international monetary and financial conditions, the worsening imbalances of the balance of payments for many countries, and the growing recognition that active policies carried out to overcome the 2008 crisis were very limited to reinvigorate economic growth, despite the enormous public resources placed especially for the bailout of the financial system that led to huge and growing fiscal imbalances and indebtedness.
